Job Requirements Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Carrying out contract reviews on orders/schedules and processing them in online systems. Conducting regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog and other general support issues. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste elimination. What your background should look like Typically requires more than 3 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
