Job Overview The Talent Attraction Specialist II is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities for both Direct Labor and Indirect Labor positions across assigned business units and manufacturing sites. This role serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, ensuring the delivery of qualified talent while meeting hiring targets, service level expectations, and organizational objectives. The Talent Attraction Specialist II leverages sourcing strategies, market intelligence, recruitment technologies, and workforce planning insights to attract, assess, and secure top talent. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth, talent pipeline development, operational expansions, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. What your background should look like: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Direct Labor and Indirect Labor positions across assigned business groups and locations. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, hiring priorities, and talent challenges. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through internal and external channels. Source active and passive candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, professional networks, career fairs, educational institutions, and community partnerships. Conduct candidate screening, assessments, interviews, and selection activities to evaluate qualifications, experience, technical competencies, and organizational fit. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, candidate feedback discussions, offer preparation, and hiring decisions. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and critical positions. Drive recruitment initiatives to support business growth, workforce ramp-ups, and operational hiring demands. Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding talent availability, recruitment strategies, market trends, and hiring recommendations. Monitor recruitment performance against established KPIs, including Time-to-Accept, Time-to-Fill, requisition aging, quality of hire, and customer satisfaction. Drive actions to reduce cycle times, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall recruiting effectiveness. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professional engagement throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms. Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and improve recruiting outcomes. Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing and equitable hiring practices. Participate in local, regional, and global Talent Attraction projects focused on process improvement, employer branding, technology adoption, and candidate engagement. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance recruiting efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or related Human Resources functions, demonstrating increasing responsibility in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy development, and hiring results delivery. Experience supporting both high-volume Direct Labor recruitment and professional, technical, engineering, administrative, or other Indirect Labor recruitment. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment practices, and recruitment processes. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies. Strong stakeholder management, customer service, consulting, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Ability to leverage recruitment metrics and data to support business decisions and hiring strategies. Intermediate English proficiency preferred (written and verbal). Ability to maintain professional conversations, participate in meetings, conduct interviews, and communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders as required.
