More Than a Job: A Mission We are seeking a passionate Production Manager to lead and optimise manufacturing operations, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver reliable, high-quality rail solutions. Your Role, Your Impact • Drive scalable production processes to meet growing demand and future-proof operations. • Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. • Ensure reliability and consistency in output through robust quality control systems. • Champion continuous improvement and implement innovative manufacturing methodologies. • Promote knowledge sharing and upskilling within your team to build collective expertise. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. • Experience in production or operations management, preferably in rail or heavy industry. • Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems. • Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and supply chain principles. • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to lead teams through operational change, business transformation, and evolving customer requirements within a fast-paced rail environment. • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing, coaching, and engaging multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and senior management functions.
