What You'll Do ✅ Lead and conduct Social Compliance Audits including SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP , and Factory Assessments. ✅ Evaluate labor practices, health & safety, ethics, and management systems. ✅ Interview workers and management to assess compliance with applicable standards. ✅ Prepare high-quality audit reports, CAPs, and certification documentation. ✅ Ensure adherence to APSCA requirements, ISO guidelines, and Bureau Veritas quality standards. ✅ Support clients in strengthening ethical sourcing and responsible business practices.
