WRP Specialist Work Responsibility Package (WRP) Specialist manages the safe execution of on-site tasks, safety permits, and hazard assessments. Place of work: Tengiz, 28/28 Requirements: Education: Degree or diploma in engineering, safety, or technical discipline. Experience: 5+ years in heavy industry or oil and gas fields. Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or local heavy industrial safety certifications. Job responsibilities: Coordinates daily construction or maintenance activities, ensuring all field work has proper safety clearances, validated risk assessments, and complies with site policies. Core Responsibilities: Permit Management: Process and authorize Permit to Work (PTW) documents. Risk Assessment: Conduct and document Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Safety Enforcement: Audit field activities, monitor Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), verify gas testings, and enforce hot work safety. Intervention: Stop any ongoing unsafe field operations immediately. Pre-job Briefings: Facilitate daily Toolbox Talks and pre-job safety meetings.
