What you'll build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. Position title: SAP iXp - HR Business Partner Location: Newtown Square, PA preferred; candidates located near an SAP office may also be considered. Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite. Expected start date to end date: October 2026 to April 2027 Working hours: Full time, 40 hours a week As a member of the People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) team, you will support the Global P&C BPs in driving strategic and operational projects across the Global Engineering & Technology (E&T) business units at SAP — one of the company's largest and most critical organizations. PROJECT SCOPE & DELIVERABLES Proactively assist assigned P&C BPs as they drive the SAP People Agenda and the transformation of E&T business units, anticipating needs and taking initiative before being asked. Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions) for the P&C BP leads and teams. Own and manage discrete projects end-to-end, coordinating across key internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment. Ensure high-quality deliverables in communications and presentations for P&C BPs, E&T Executive Leadership team members, and E&T employees. Deliver high-impact data analysis using internal SAP tools and AI-powered platforms to provide people and organizational insights (employee surveys, hiring, attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes. Co-lead team meetings and global projects, bringing awareness of P&C BP services to the stakeholders we support. *Intern will be asked to flex timezones as needed based on the location of their assigned P&C BP (primarily EST, PST). BUSINESS IMPACT This role directly supports the people strategy for one of SAP's largest business units. The intern will contribute to real decisions on talent, organizational design, and employee experience that impact thousands of SAP employees globally — well beyond supplemental or administrative tasks. TEAM ENVIRONMENT & COLLABORATION You will work closely with senior P&C Business Partners who support E&T leadership, gaining direct exposure to executive-level work and global HR strategy. The team operates across regions and time zones, with structured mentorship from experienced HRBPs and regular touchpoints to support your development.
