YOUR ROLE Within the Transformation Assets team, you will take part in the day-to-day operations, working on project portfolio management, reporting, community engagement and continuous improvement topics. This experience will give you a concrete understanding of how a large company structures, steers and supports its strategic transformations. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? Portfolio Management Support Participate in collecting and consolidating project information Contribute to tracking performance indicators, risks and dependencies Prepare the materials needed for portfolio reviews Reporting & Analysis Produce and improve dashboards and reports Analyze consolidated data and identify key insights Take part in preparing governance materials Governance & Coordination Contribute to organizing meetings and committees Track follow-up on actions decided during various governance bodies Take part in preparing materials and meeting minutes Methods & Continuous Improvement Contribute to creating templates, guides and methodological materials Take part in initiatives to improve PMO tools and processes Suggest new ideas for automation and simplification Community Engagement & Communication Take part in engaging and animating project communities Contribute to preparing newsletters, events or communication materials Help maintain the Transformation team's collaborative spaces WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? You are a Bachelor's/Master's level student (business school, university or equivalent) You have a strong interest in project management, transformation and organizations You have very good analytical and synthesis skills You bring strong writing and interpersonal skills You are comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint You are curious, autonomous and eager to learn JOB ENVIRONMENT Location : Marseille, France (13) Internship duration : 6 months Travel : No Accessibility : Accessible by public transport Come along on CMA CGM’s adventure
