• Casual Opportunity: DIDO outage role at Bayswater Power Station (Muswellbrook, NSW) • Roster: Monday to Saturday | Day & Night shifts | 11-hour shifts • Pay & Benefits: • Competitive EBA rates • 25% casual loading • Overtime penalties (from base rate) • Project uplift + site allowances
• Additional Support: • Be part of a supportive team delivering Downer’s major Bayswater outage • LAFHA or accommodation + meal allowance provided for eligible distant workers
The Opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities division is seeking casual outage personnel to support the 2026 Bayswater Power Station outage, commencing approximately September 2026. This outage will involve delivery of mechanical and project services, including:

• Current resume • Valid passport or full birth certificate • Driver’s licence (front and back) • White Card (front and back) • Working at Heights certification ( within 3 years) • High Risk Work Licence (if applicable) • Trade qualifications or certifications (if applicable) (For ALL Trade Assistants and Confined Space / Hole Watch and Peggy roles) Applicants must hold a 2-day Confined Space certification, including:
