This position follows established procedures and standards, and involves the use of quantity and quality control techniques. Also responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary and aesthetically pleasing dining atmosphere. Responsible for other related duties as required. Responsible for other related duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma in Cooking or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. - Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English. -Minimum one(1) year of cooking experience, preferably in high volume cooking. - Experience with a cook chill/freeze system is desirable.
