ONSEMI is currently seeking a hands-on Process Technician. This person will bridges the gap between production and engineering by maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing specialized manufacturing test systems to ensure peak product quality and throughput.

• Performs general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

• Conducts quality testing across all stages of production. Collaborates with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.

• Assists engineering teams in designing and conducting technical experiments.

• Utilizes sophisticated software to collect and evaluate real-time operating data.

• Performs on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.

• Determines process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.

• Develops standard procedures to optimize long-term production quality.

• Graduate of a 2-years or 4- year technical course primarily on Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology or Electronics Engineering (Undergraduate), Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, work instruction and process documents.

• Familiar with different electronics measuring instruments.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word).

• Strong analytical skills.

• Willing to work shifting schedules.

• Detail-oriented.

• Fast learner with flexibility.
