Main duties:

• Be responsible for reviewing journal entries and general ledger details for month-end closing

• Prepare accurate and timely statutory reports of Korea entity

• Support statutory audits by liaising with external auditors, preparing audit schedules and consolidation worksheets, and preparing related party transaction (RPT) reports and GAAP to Statutory reconciliations

• Review Balance Sheet Reconciliation reports

• Support Quarterly and Annual tax filings

• Support Internal audits

• Perform intercompany transaction reconciliations

• Support Lucernex lease management system for Korea

• Accounts receivable (AR) transactions booking and review AR aging

• Review and maintain customer credit limits and perform sales order release

• Review customer billings activities and monitor collections

• Review and maintain customer master

• Fixed Asset - Oversee preparation and tracking of capital expenditures (capex), and construction-in-progress (CIP) movement report

• Support Bank remittances and cash flow forecasting

• Assist in ad-hoc reporting and financial projects as needed

• Implement financial controls and monitor their effective application within the company

• Participate in financial and enterprise risk assessment and planning initiatives

• Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with a recognized accounting certificate

• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: • Required:

• 3 to 5 years accounting experience gained in multinational companies (MNCs)

• Proactive and team player

• Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle ERP is an advantage, but not required

• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.

• Good team player with a willingness to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to overcome challenges and achieve goals

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
