• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems, including CRM software. • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong typing skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
