DEPUTY REGULATORY REPORTING MANAGER
Position Purpose
Finora Bank is seeking a Deputy Regulatory Reporting Manager to join its Regulatory Reporting team and take hands-on ownership of key COREP submissions. The role will focus particularly on Own Funds, Large Exposures, and Leverage Ratio reporting, ensuring that reports and the underlying regulatory ratios are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.This is a senior, hands-on position requiring practical application of the CRR3 framework and a clear understanding of relevant EBA and ECB requirements, the Basel III finalisation reforms, often referred to as Basel IV, and other applicable regulatory standards. You will turn regulatory requirements into effective reporting, data, and process solutions and communicate their impact clearly.
What will you be doing?
COREP Reporting and Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely COREP regulatory reports, with primary responsibility for Own Funds, Large Exposures, and Leverage Ratio reporting.
• Apply CRR3 and relevant EBA and ECB requirements, the Basel III finalisation reforms, often referred to as Basel IV, and other applicable regulatory standards to COREP reporting.
• Continuously monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on existing reports, processes, controls, and systems.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear and practical reporting, data, and process requirements.
Data Quality, Controls and Continuous Improvement
• Analyse and investigate data quality issues and work proactively with the Reporting Unit and source data owners to resolve them.
• Track remediation actions, verify implemented changes, and reassess outcomes where needed.
• Develop and maintain reporting procedures, process documentation, controls, and a clear audit trail.
• Take independent ownership of reporting deliverables, applying diligent review, close attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Analysis and Management Support
• Analyse and clearly explain movements, drivers, and risks in regulatory ratios and reporting figures.
• Quickly assess and present the sensitivity of key ratios to changes in capital, portfolio composition, and other relevant assumptions.
• Provide concise analysis and insights to support senior management decision-making and regulatory discussions.
What will help you succeed?
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience preparing COREP reports, particularly Own Funds, Large Exposures, and Leverage Ratio reports.
• Strong practical knowledge of CRR3 and relevant EBA and ECB requirements, with a good understanding of the Basel III finalisation reforms, often referred to as Basel IV.
• Practical experience with local statistical reports, such as PFĮ/MFI, B-09 and S/P0607, would be an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
• BSc or MSc in Economics, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• Strong analytical skills, the ability to understand complex data flows, and a disciplined approach to data quality.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and diligent, with strong ownership and accountability.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with reporting colleagues, data owners, and senior stakeholders.
