Broward Health Physician Group Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Req: 33255 20K Sign on Bonus Summary: The Ultrasonographer Vascular is responsible for performing a variety of vascular ultrasound procedures to evaluate blood vessels and support the diagnosis and management of vascular diseases. The role involves coordinating activities in the vascular lab operating ultrasound equipment according to physician orders and protocols and ensuring quality assurance through maintaining logs and adherence to IAC and ACR accreditation requirements. The Ultrasonographer will attend to both direct and indirect patient care needs contributing to high standards of patient care and supporting the success of our practice.
Education: Essential: * Bachelor Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
Education specialization: Essential: * Ultrasonographer Experience: Essential: * Two years of related experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Credentials: Essential: * Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or
* Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) with a vascular specialty * BLS - American Red Cross or American Heart Association
