Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (Overnights) Location: La Crosse, WI Job Type: Full‑time, Hourly Schedule: Overnight shift, Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Work Setting: Onsite manufacturing campus About the Role Kwik Trip is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations in La Crosse, Wisconsin. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated processing systems and facility equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues • Support emergency and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime • Maintain and repair forklifts and material handling equipment • Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs • Communicate with operators, supervisors, and maintenance leadership • Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and services • Follow food safety, OSHA, and regulatory standards • Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks Required Qualifications

• Industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Willingness to learn new equipment and technologies Preferred Qualifications

• Automation experience or technical training • Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs and industrial control devices • Forklift maintenance experience • Welding experience • Knowledge of standard industrial maintenance practices Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift • Frequently bend, reach, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds • Occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
