• Daily Leadership — guide production workflow and team activities • Work Assignment — assign tasks and direct production associates • Employee Training — train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members • Quality Monitoring — ensure output meets quality and productivity standards • Safety Compliance — enforce safety rules and proper PPE use • Issue Troubleshooting — identify and escalate production problems • Schedule Coordination — help align production schedules with customer needs • Process Improvement — support continuous improvement initiatives • Facility Organization — maintain a clean and efficient work area • Team Collaboration — work closely with supervisors and management ⭐ Qualifications Required
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience • Experience supervising or leading production employees • Strong communication and team‑building skills • Ability to train and develop employees • Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
• Food manufacturing experience • GMP or SQF experience • Lean Manufacturing knowledge • Experience tracking KPIs or production metrics • Forklift certification • Packaging, assembly, or batching experience ⭐ Skills We’re Looking For

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
