• Read and interpret batch cards, formulas, and production instructions • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, including powders, liquids, and pigments • Mix ingredients according to established recipes and procedures • Operate industrial mixing and processing equipment • Monitor machinery and production processes for efficiency and quality • Collect product samples for testing and inspection • Maintain accurate production records and documentation • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards • Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed 🕒 Schedule
• 12-Hour Shifts Available • Weekend Day Shift • Week Night Shift ✅ Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of batch making, chemical processing, or machine operation experience • Ability to read, understand, and follow production formulas and recipes • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs ⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience blending or mixing materials in a manufacturing environment • Forklift operation experience • Experience operating and monitoring production machinery • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment 🏭 Work Environment
