⭐ General Laborer – Manufacturing A leading manufacturing company is hiring General Laborers to support daily production operations. No manufacturing experience required — training provided.You’ll help keep production running smoothly by performing material handling, housekeeping, packaging, and machine‑assistant tasks. As you learn the facility, you’ll receive training on production equipment and machine operation, with opportunities to grow into skilled roles. ⭐ What You’ll Do
• Production Support — assist production lines and machine operators • Machine Assistance — learn basic machine operation and equipment procedures • Material Handling — move raw materials and finished products • Packaging Work — prepare and package finished goods • Housekeeping Tasks — sweep, clean, and maintain work areas • Loading Unloading — assist with moving materials throughout the facility • Quality Checks — perform simple product inspections • Equipment Setup — help with changeovers and basic setup • Safety Compliance — follow all safety rules and PPE requirements • Cross‑Department Support — assist other teams as needed ⭐ What You Bring
• Ability to lift 65+ lbs repeatedly • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor (preferred but not required) • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for a 10‑hour shift • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Willingness to help wherever needed ⭐ Preferred Experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
