• Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies according to work instructions. • Complete repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and efficiency. • Manually insert and assemble components using visual aids and assembly guides. • Apply labels accurately to parts, assemblies, and finished products. • Verify specifications before completing assembly processes. Quality Assurance

• Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with production standards. • Identify defects, discrepancies, and assembly errors. • Maintain attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process. • Ensure all completed work meets quality expectations. Equipment & Tools Use

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Utilize scanners and tracking systems to record parts and production activities. • Handle materials and components responsibly to prevent damage. Reporting & Documentation

• Accurately report production quantities and completed work. • Track assembly status and identify any production issues. • Communicate concerns, shortages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly. Safety & Compliance
