Shipper & Receiver Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipper & Receiver to join our growing distribution team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. • Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, SKU numbers, product condition, and accompanying documentation. • Accurately stock inventory into designated warehouse locations. • Consolidate inventory within bulk storage areas to maximize space and improve inventory accuracy. • Replenish pick locations by moving products from bulk storage to active fulfillment areas. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment. • Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and order completion. • Work closely with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and inventory-related issues. • Operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained and certified. • Maintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety standards at all times. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse housekeeping standards. • Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support additional warehouse and distribution activities as needed. Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience. • MUST HAVE HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA AND W2 WITH LAST YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE • Experience in shipping, receiving, order selection, picking, packing, and material handling. • Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems. • Basic computer proficiency. • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes. • Ability to accurately read documentation, labels, and inventory information. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work overtime when business needs require. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 40 pounds on a frequent and repetitive basis. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift. • Ability to climb stairs and work within multi-level storage systems. • Comfortable working at heights. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Work Environment This position is based in a modern 400,000-square-foot, climate-controlled distribution center designed to support high-volume warehouse operations. Employees work primarily on 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities based on business needs.Daily responsibilities involve the use of RF scanners, warehouse management systems, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
