• Assemble boat components, hardware, and accessories according to specifications • Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Assist with material handling and product movement throughout production ✅ What We're Looking For:
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, or mechanical experience preferred • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable attendance and positive attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⭐ Why Work Here?
