• Assemble and manufacture garage doors on a production line. • Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks. • Lift, move, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. • Work with a supportive team to meet daily production goals. • Follow safety and quality standards to ensure a great product. • Complete basic computer or tablet entries when needed. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift. • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus. • Forklift certification required within 45 days of hire (training available). Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll stay active throughout the day. You will be standing, walking, bending, lifting materials, and working alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrence, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
