Production Worker (2nd Shift) Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join our 2nd shift team. Candidates with previous warehouse, forklift, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Must be available to work 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM.What You'll Do You'll support production operations in a variety of departments, including mattress assembly, material handling, and quilting. Team members may rotate between departments based on business needs. Responsibilities
• Assemble mattress components using hand and power tools • Apply foam, glue, and upholstery materials according to specifications • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects • Read and follow work instructions and production schedules • Move materials throughout the facility using carts and material handling equipment • Stage materials and support production flow • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse-related tasks as needed Qualifications Required:
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or industrial environment • Ability to use hand and power tools safely • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8+ hour shift • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English • High School Diploma or GED • Must be able to work the full 2nd shift schedule (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM) Preferred:
• Previous forklift experience • Material handling or warehouse experience • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Experience performing quality inspections • Sewing machine or textile manufacturing experience Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
