• Position: Assembly / Laborer • Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) • Schedule: Monday - Friday • Work Environment: Clean and organized manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled) • Dress Code: Work boots and work pants required What You'll Do
• Perform assembly, production, and finishing operations. • Assemble and attach pre-manufactured components and parts. • Use hand tools including screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools. • Operate power tools such as grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws. • Drill holes and assist with fabrication activities. • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and trucks. • Move and position materials throughout the production area. • Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment. • Follow written and verbal work instructions. • Transfer completed products to the next stage of production. • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. • Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or industrial environments. • Experience using hand and power tools safely. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work. • Strong attention to safety and quality standards. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with grinders, drills, impact guns, and circular saws. • Forklift operation experience. • Welding and fabrication experience. • Painting or touch-up painting experience. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. • Ability to read and write English for production paperwork. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
