About this role
HVAC Service Technician We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Service Engineers to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout the Denver area. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and related mechanical equipment. Technicians will work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer systems operate safely and efficiently.Pay: $30.00 - $45.00/hourLocation: Denver, COResponsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment • Service and troubleshoot cooling towers, condenser water systems, pumps, valves, and related components • Inspect, test, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems • Maintain and service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals • Start up, commission, and optimize HVAC equipment performance • Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend corrective actions • Complete service reports and document work performed • Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings and repairs • Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices Qualifications:
• Previous commercial or industrial HVAC service experience required • Strong cooling tower maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred • Experience with chillers, pumps, boilers, and building mechanical systems • Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues • Knowledge of HVAC controls and automation systems is a plus • EPA Certification preferred • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor environments • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Preferred Experience:
• Cooling tower inspections, repairs, and water treatment coordination • Chiller service and startup experience • Commercial building systems • VFDs, motors, pumps, and control systems • Industrial refrigeration or central plant operations Benefits:
