Job Title: Trayline AttendantJob DescriptionA Trayline Attendant helps prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meal trays in a hospital setting, ensuring each tray matches the patient’s dietary needs. They support the food service team by keeping the trayline organized, clean, and running smoothly. Responsibilities • Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders and portion guidelines. • Deliver and collect trays from patient units. • Follow dietary restrictions including allergies and texture‑modified diets. • Maintain cleanliness of the trayline, equipment, and work areas. • Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, and meal components. • Assist in the dishroom as needed. • Provide friendly service to patients and staff. Essential Skills • Experience in food service, food prep, and food production. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent customer service skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience as a waitress, waiter, server, food prep worker, or food services worker. Work EnvironmentThis position operates on the first shift with a schedule that includes rotating weekends and holidays. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.36 - $16.36/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
