• This role oversees operations in a high-volume warehouse environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory and production-related activities • The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of warehouse associates, coordinates workflow, and maintains strong control over inventory and packaging processes while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of 12 or more warehouse employees during 2nd shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Plan, organize, and manage daily workflow to meet production, packaging, and shipping targets • Oversee inventory management activities, including stock handling, storage, and accuracy of inventory records • Coordinate packing and production-related warehouse tasks to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to build skills, improve performance, and promote a positive work culture • Monitor productivity and quality standards, and adjust staffing or processes as needed to achieve operational goals • Enforce safety procedures and warehouse best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment • Collaborate with other departments or shifts to support continuous operations and resolve workflow issues Essential Skills

• Proven experience supervising 12 or more employees in a warehouse or similar operational environment • Strong inventory management skills, including managing workflow and maintaining accurate stock control • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a warehouse team • Hands-on experience with warehouse operations such as packing, production support, and packaging • Competence in warehouse management practices, including organizing work, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Troy, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
