APPLY NOW!Job Title: TIG WelderJob Description1st shift $20-35/hrWe are seeking a certified welder with expertise in MIG, TIG, and other welding processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong fabrication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex welding challenges.Responsibilities
• Fabricate piping, pressure vessels, and other types of equipment using TIG, MIG, and other welding processes. • Design test fixturing as necessary to support fabrication activities. • Recommend changes to procedures and processes to improve efficiency and quality of the product. • Perform field fabrication activities as necessary. • Support sales and marketing activities that result in increased revenue, sustainable growth, and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with engineers and production personnel to resolve complex welding and fabrication problems. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes. • ASME Certification. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Minimum of five years of welding experience. • Strong communication and customer interaction skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High School diploma required, Associates Degree or related degree from an accredited institution preferred. • State-approved apprenticeship program, or equivalent education or experience. • Knowledge and experience working in a machine/manufacturing shop. • Ability to pressure test and perform leak testing is a plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of South Holland, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.
