Job Title: Machine OperatorPay: $20/hour+ Job DescriptionThis role operates and monitors manufacturing equipment that produces plastic bags and film used in postal, waste, and medical applications. Temperatures can rise, especially on upper floors, so you should be comfortable working in a warmer environment at times. Shifts include a rotating 6PM–6AM schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off) for barrier production and a 7AM–3:30PM Monday–Friday schedule for extrusion operations. You will work around industrial equipment, forklifts, and production lines, following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment as required.Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and film manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. • Run assigned machines according to production schedules and quality standards. • Monitor machine performance and product output, identifying basic issues or irregularities. • Perform basic troubleshooting on machines, including safely shutting equipment off when needed. • Follow training to operate a forklift safely for material movement within the facility. Essential Skills

• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in basic machine troubleshooting or strong mechanical aptitude. • Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed. • Ability to accurately use tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to extrusion, injection mold, or blow molding equipment is a plus. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in a production environment. • Experience with troubleshooting production equipment or mechanical systems. • Experience with quality checks and adherence to production standards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.$1-3 pay bump after 90 days, eligible for cheap benefits w/ full coverage, great work environment & annual profit sharing bonus!
