About this role

Job Title: Electrical AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team to integrate electrical components, subassemblies, and systems into various configurations. You'll be wiring components on panels, boards, or equipment by reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Responsibilities • Integrate electrical components, subassemblies, products, or systems into various configurations. • Wire components together on a panel, board, or piece of equipment. • Read and interpret electrical schematics to complete tasks. Essential Skills • Experience with measuring, cutting, stripping, and crimping electrical wire. • Experience with wiring harnesses, fans, and components on panels, boards, and rails. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. • Experience mounting and assembling electrical components such as transformers, contactors, relays, controllers. • Experience assembling and attaching hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches. • Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/8th inch. • Ability to utilize common hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED. • Experience with electrical assembly and mechanical assembly. The company is growing at a fairly quick pace, offering a dynamic and expanding work environment. Shifts are 10 hours, Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with optional overtime on Fridays, occasionally mandatory, or a shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Soddy-Daisy, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
