What You'll Do
• Assemble cable products and wire harnesses using hand tools • Follow work instructions and production procedures • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met • Work with small wires, connectors, and components What We're Looking For
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred • Experience using hand tools is a plus • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to train on 1st shift for 3-6 weeks before moving to evenings Schedule Training Schedule (3-6 Weeks):
• Monday-Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Regular Schedule After Training:
