About this role

Job Title: Electrical Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders and reworking connectors, wire terminations, and components built into wire harnesses.Responsibilities

• Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. • Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components within wire harnesses. • Wrap and tie wires, ensuring secure and efficient assembly. • Route wires and change routing and breakouts as needed. • Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality and compliance. • Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently. Essential Skills

• Experience in wire harness assembly and working with aircraft components. • Minimum of 1 year of aircraft electrical experience. • Ability to repair and troubleshoot electrical components. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical testing methods. • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
