What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture high-quality precision parts. • Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper setup before production begins. • Monitor machine performance and production processes, including automated equipment with robotic arms. • Follow work instructions and production documents to ensure accurate manufacturing. • Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. • Verify parts meet specifications and identify any quality concerns. • Communicate equipment, material, or production issues to supervisors and team members. • Learn CNC machining processes and continuously develop your technical skills. What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, machine operation, construction, automotive, maintenance, shop class, or other mechanically related experience. • Comfortable working around tools, machinery, and production equipment. • Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures. • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Interest in CNC machining and manufacturing technology. • Positive attitude with a desire to ask questions, receive feedback, and grow your skills. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cambridge, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
