Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of equipment and facility maintenance tasks to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations throughout a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role focuses on executing preventive maintenance plans, performing timely repairs, and supporting production changeovers to maximize equipment uptime while complying with GMP and SOP standards.Essential Skills
• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong diversified experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems. • Experience with electrical systems up to 480V, including machine and motor wiring. • Understanding of PLC inputs and outputs sufficient to support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics. • Demonstrated experience working under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). • Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and repair safely and effectively. • Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems. • Strong documentation skills for recording maintenance activities in ERP or similar systems. • Commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to facility guidelines. • Experience in a manufacturing environment that produces products for medical or regulated applications. • Comfort working on multiple production lines and adjusting to varying production demands. • Ability to work independently on a third shift schedule while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills to maintain tools, parts, and mechanical rooms in an orderly manner. • Attention to detail in following SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures. • Willingness to support and contribute to a positive, evolving workplace culture. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
