Senior Manager, Capital Programs & Site Readiness Lead Major Capital Projects That Drive Manufacturing Growth We're seeking an experienced engineering and construction leader to oversee large-scale capital projects supporting facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and new product commercialization. This highly visible role will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and fully ready for operations.
Key Responsibilities Capital Program Leadership
• Manage multiple concurrent CAPEX projects, including site expansion, infrastructure improvements, and manufacturing growth initiatives. • Establish project priorities, schedules, and resource plans. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and engineering standards. Site Readiness & Operational Integration
• Align project execution with production readiness requirements. • Coordinate commissioning, startup, training, maintenance planning, SOPs, and operational handoff activities. • Ensure a smooth transition from project completion to stable operations. Project Execution
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to scope. • Oversee contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams. • Manage forecasting, cost controls, change management, and risk mitigation. Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. • Drive collaboration, resolve roadblocks, and maintain stakeholder alignment. Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in capital projects, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, construction, or program management. • Proven success leading site expansions, infrastructure projects, or large-scale CAPEX programs. • Strong background in project controls, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and risk management. • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, packaging, or other regulated environments preferred. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
