Safety Ambassador (Field Robot Operator) Overview Actalent is currently hiring Safety Ambassadors (Field Robot Operators) to support an innovative autonomous delivery robotics program. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with emerging technology in a field-based operations environment, supporting the safe and efficient deployment of autonomous delivery robots.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while utilizing technology to support daily operations. This role combines field operations, customer interaction, equipment monitoring, and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of autonomous robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment • Monitor and support autonomous delivery robot operations throughout assigned routes • Maintain situational awareness and intervene when necessary to ensure safe operations • Perform battery replacements and basic equipment troubleshooting in the field • Respond to operational issues, incidents, and customer inquiries • Partner with remote operations teams to communicate route status and resolve issues • Document operational activities and complete required reports • Provide feedback to support process improvements and operational efficiency • Represent the program professionally while interacting with customers and the public Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience using mobile devices, tablets, or technology-based platforms • Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities • Reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned work locations • Ability to start within three weeks of receiving an offer Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Working in varying weather conditions • Spending up to 10 hours per shift in the field • Riding in company vehicles for extended periods • Working in vehicles with limited climate control • Standing and walking throughout the workday • Lifting, handling, and transporting batteries and operational equipment • Responding to changing operational conditions in real time Schedule Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules: Front-End Shift
• Monday through Thursday • 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Weekend Shift
• Friday through Sunday • 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Contract Information

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
