What You Can Expect Leads complex scientific communications projects for assigned products or portfolios. Serves as a subject matter expert in interpreting clinical data and translating it into high-quality, accurate materials for internal and external audiences.
How You'll Create Impact
• Leads development of internal and external scientific communications for assigned products, ensuring scientific rigor and accuracy • Independently authors complex materials including abstracts, posters, slide decks, and evidence summaries • Synthesizes clinical, post-market, and literature data into clear, evidence-based narratives • Supports development of manuscripts and publications in collaboration with senior leaders • Partners with Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and RA teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging • Provides peer review and quality oversight for communications prepared by Specialists and Associates • Maintains and curates literature databases and evidence repositories • Ensures adherence to GPP, publication ethics, regulatory requirements, and internal standards • Manages project timelines and proactively identifies risks • Contributes to process improvements and best practices in scientific communications

Your Background
• Preferred Qualification: Degree in Life Sciences, Communications, or related field • Preferred Qualification: 4+ years experience in scientific communications, medical writing, or clinical/scientific publications • Preferred Qualification: Experience preparing materials for external audiences, abstracts, posters, or newsletters • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience AMER
