Grade: Collective Agreement Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Shift patterns: 3 Days [Wednesday - Friday] (Daytime - times will fluctuate - exact timings will be discussed at interview stage)
Location: Swansea, SA7 9DG

We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to play a key role assisting our drivers to deliver goods safely and on time.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
• Coordinating the picking and loading of alcohol / white goods / furniture onto your assigned vehicle prior to delivery
• Accompanying and assisting driver with unloading deliveries at licensed premises or homes
• Staying in touch with the transport team to advise of any problems
• Completing relevant processes on an electronic handheld device
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Are physically fit as the role involves lots of manual handling
• Have previous experience of working with volume orders
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage their own workload
• Can perform simple maths calculations
• Previous experience as a Driver's Mate, within a similar environment would be ideal but isn't a deal breaker!
