You will report to the Quality and Food Safety Director and be based in Switzerland. You will work closely with the Quality team, supporting both Product Quality and Customer Quality activities.

Role

We will count on you to support the team in managing product quality and customer quality topics. You will help ensure that specifications, documentation, analyses, and compliance information are correctly defined, maintained, and shared.

Responsibilities

Product Quality

You will: • Lead the suppliers/raw materials approval process (follow-up, recording, decision with the support of the Product Quality Manager) • Follow up the approved suppliers/raw materials list, including risk analysis of non-assured sources and supplier audit planning • Define specifications and analysis requirements (QC and control plan) for new products and formulation changes • Perform hazard analysis of raw materials (chemical, physical, microbiological, and fraud risks) and define mitigation actions • Define and follow up the yearly control plan for analyses, organize the yearly meeting, and set internal limits for parameters not covered by legislation • Manage specification sheets (creation and updates) • Create and update Certificate of Analysis templates in dedicated software • Act as backup for the Quality Control Manager (FTIR, moisture, GC-FID, HPLC analyses) • Release finished products and issue Certificates of Analysis • Support transfer of productions to other regions • Handle registration requests (specifications, special composition sheets, Certificates of Analysis, and quality statements/letters) • Contribute to Product Quality projects Customer Quality

You will: • Create and update Safety Data Sheets in dedicated software • Create and update composition certificates • Create and update standard and special product labels • Create and update product-specific statements (GMO, undesirable substances, etc.) • Complete customer quality questionnaires • Manage customer complaints • Work closely with the Product Registration team for specific requests • Contribute to Customer Quality projects Profile • We are looking for someone who brings structure, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility for quality documentation and processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Food Quality, Chemistry, or a related field • At least one experience in document management, quality, food/feed industry, or chemistry • Experience in analytical chemistry (lab work, GC and HPLC knowledge) is a plus • Comfortable with new software tools and MS Office • Ability to read and understand regulations is a plus • Autonomous, curious, meticulous, and a strong team player • Very rigorous and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment • Proactive, customer-oriented, and goal-driven • Fluent in English; French is a plus
