Basic Qualifications: CMC/Maintenance positions are filled by qualified applicants and require: • Valid Driver License • Full Availability • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to work from elevated/confined spaces • Most positions require minimum of four (4) years recent hands-on work experience in a particular skill, craft, or trade • Some positions require either a two-year or four-year college degree.
