Come build your career with BAE Systems. BAE Systems is hiring for a Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician III to work in our Nashua NH location in the MEC foundry. This is a 4 x 10hr Monday to Thursday role and full time onsite. We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our sustainment team. Responsibilities to include troubleshooting and maintenance of lithography and wet chemistry toolsets, following established procedures and best known methods. Additional responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on platers, solvent liftoff tools, wet benches, coater/developer track systems, steppers, metrology and related equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues. • Use foundry manufacturing software to begin, record data and complete PM tasks. • Communicate directly to supervisor, team members and other stakeholders, verbally and via email on task status, completion and/or any follow up actions required. • Assist in install/qualification of new equipment. • Ability to lift 30lbs, stand/kneel for extended periods and wear full cleanroom attire. • At times the role involves working with hazardous materials and chemicals, therefore must be willing to follow safety protocols and wear PPE. • Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and troubleshoot critical issues. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education: • High-school diploma/GED + 2-4 years lithography/wet chemistry or equivalent semiconductor experience • OR Associate's degree in engineering discipline ( or related field)

Preferred Skills and Education: • Associate's Degree in electrical/mechanical discipline or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting using multimeters and oscilloscopes

• Understanding of chemical handling procedures and safety protocols

• Familarity with SPC and PROMIS foundry manufacturing software
