Job Description: BAE Systems is seeking an experienced C5ISR Field Service Engineer to support our SOF customer on high-profile communications systems. The selected candidate will be a part of the technical team directly supporting the development, installation and maintenance of these systems. Accuracy, integrity, subject matter expertise, and the ability to work well independently and with others are important traits we expect the successful candidate to possess and demonstrate.

This position is responsible for reviewing system-level documentation and providing operational feedback based on their knowledge of SOF radios and telecommunications equipment. The candidate will be required to collaborate locally and virtually across technical teams involved in designing and deploying the systems. Travel may be required for this position up to 25% of the time to a variety of CONUS and OCONUS locations.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Skills and Education: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience OR Associate degree and 7 years of related experience OR High school diploma and 9 years of related experience
