What You'll Do as an Industrial Electrician
As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair electrical equipment and systems throughout the plant.
Your responsibilities will include:
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, sketches, charts, and diagrams
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, dismantle, and replace electrical systems and equipment
Work with electrical fixtures, lighting systems, meters, motors, and industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and programmable control systems
Work with solid-state electronic control systems, pneumatic systems, and pyrometric equipment
Perform electrical maintenance on plant substations and other industrial electrical systems
Complete preventive maintenance inspections and accurately document maintenance activities
Update and transfer maintenance information to electrical blueprints and documentation
Diagnose electrical problems and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability
Work safely throughout all areas of the manufacturing facility, including the roof, boiler house, attic, and other plant areas
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong commitment to a zero-injury workplace

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Journeyman Electrician Card
PLC experience
Industrial electrical or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work any shift
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
