About this role
Short descriptionJoin Septeo CNEE and support challenging client projects in the insolvency industry from the initial requirements gathering through to successful implementation. You’ll combine technical expertise with consulting skills to develop customized solutions for complex business processes. Rather than working on a standard product or processing tickets, you’ll collaborate with our clients to design customized workflows, migrations, and integrations that deliver direct, practical value.

This role is available throughout Germany. Since interacting with clients and the team is a key part of the position, we expect you to be present at our Karlsruhe office on a regular basis and to attend occasional on-site client meetings.
Your mission
Design and development of custom extensions, interfaces, workflows, and integrations based on C#/.NET, VBA, and XMLFurther development and maintenance of an Access-based business application and the underlying MS SQL Server database structuresIntegration and development of digital case management solutions (eIP, e2A), the Electronic Court and Administrative Mailbox (EGVP), and the integration of electronic signaturesDevelopment of pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex business and technical requirementsConsulting and technical support for clients in the digitization and optimization of business processes in the insolvency sectorTechnical coordination with clients and collaboration with specialized departments within the judiciaryPreparation of technical documentation and ensuring proper version control using Git
Your profile
Several years of work experience in software development or technical consulting in a project-oriented environmentIn-depth knowledge of C#/.NET, MS Access, MS SQL Server, VBA, and ideally modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or BlazorExperience in analyzing business requirements as well as designing, implementing, and deploying custom software solutions, integrations, and migrationsExperience working with electronic signatures and, ideally, electronic legal transactions (e.g., EGVP) or comparable regulated environmentsA strong understanding of business processes, as well as a passion for providing technical consulting and collaborating with clientsA structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong communication and teamwork skillsExcellent English and German language skills
