Management of the project development cycle and external service providers such as architects and specialist planners up to the approval planning stageSite assessments and preparation of feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for the planning and realization of commercial and residential projectsNegotiations with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban societySupport of urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitionsSupervision of B-plan proceduresManagement of negotiations for urban development contractsSupervision of neighborhood agreementsProcessing of internal and external reporting
Your profile
You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/property management or urban planning or comparable training, e.g. in the field of housing/property managementSeveral years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land developmentExperience in leading project teamsStrong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skillsLegal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
