JOIN US <p><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;"><em>Ab sofort suchen wir für unser </em></span><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;"><em>Team am Standort Stuttgart einen <strong>Junior </strong><strong>Art Director</strong> <strong>(all genders)</strong>.</em></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;"><em>Werde Teil unserer Community – wir freuen uns auf dich!</em></span></p> WHAT YOU DO <ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du entwickelst grafische Konzepte, Key Visuals und Layouts für anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Als Junior Art Director (all genders) erstellst und gestaltest du holistische Kommunikation und überführst komplexe Inhalte in verständliche Grafiken</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">In Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam unterstützt Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Grafikdesign und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du bereitest Präsentationen professionell auf und führst Briefings durch</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Deine kreativen Gestaltungslösungen tragen zu spannenden Strategie-, Architektur- und Live-Kommunikationsprojekten bei</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du gestaltest plattformübergreifend für verschiedene Medien: Print, Digital und physische Räume</li></ul> WHO YOU ARE <ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign/ Visuelle Kommunikation </li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position bzw. im Bereich Art Direction/ Grafikdesign mit</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du bist Profi in der Adobe Creative Suite sowie in gängigen Präsentationstools und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Typographie und CI-Richtlinien sowie ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Affinität für Tools wie Figma, Frontify, After Effects und AI Tools</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Gestalterisches Gespür, kreatives Talent und Konzeptionsstärke sowie Begeisterung für Lifestyle, Innovationen und aktuelle Design-Trends</li><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">Du arbeitest strukturiert, hands-on und kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch</li></ul> WHAT TO EXPECT <ul><li style="font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:15px;">DIVERSITY & PEOPLE: Come as you are!
