Requirements: We require 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments.We require hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and deep fluency with D360 and core Salesforce platform services.We require a strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.We require experience in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.We require experience with machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI, and the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.We require deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift, as well as data ingestion patterns including batch, streaming, and CDC.We require proficiency in programming such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or R, and data frameworks like pandas or Jupyter.We require strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex ideas and guide stakeholders toward impactful solutions.We require a passion for exploring new AI frameworks, sharing insights, and experimenting with cutting-edge technologies.We require a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent technical field.Preferred qualifications include experience integrating Salesforce with external agents via APIs and open standards such as MCP and A2A.Preferred qualifications include familiarity with prompt governance, observability, and monitoring frameworks.Preferred qualifications include a background in cross-platform integrations, such as hyperscaler SDKs to Salesforce Flows.Preferred qualifications include prior exposure to conversational voice pipelines or multimodal integrations via hyperscaler services.Preferred qualifications include exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, MLOps practices, and cloud AI platforms like Google Vertex AI or AWS Sagemaker.Preferred qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent technical field. Responsibilities: We lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities and integration with external agent frameworks.We shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, prompt engineering, Data Cloud, and cross-platform integrations.We collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.We develop thought leadership content, including demo templates, whitepapers, and enablement sessions, focused on agent lifecycle, integration strategy, and technical effectiveness.We act as a central technical knowledge resource, proactively addressing internal technical inquiries, facilitating deep technical enablement, and documenting best practices to empower specialist teams across the organization.We map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers such as Copilot and Gemini into Agentforce via open standards such as MCP and A2A.We design how conversational and background agents collaborate.We use Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder to configure chat and background agents and integrate with external channels, including voice via hyperscaler APIs.We lead prompt design, testing, monitoring, and iteration, and define agent lifecycle best practices from development through refinement.We co-create quick prototypes within two weeks with AEs to demonstrate integration between Agentforce and external agents or services.We facilitate whiteboarding, deep-dive sessions, and quick enablement for customers and internal teams.We integrate Data Cloud (D360), CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and external agent endpoints while aligning architectures with compliance and governance policies.We occasionally assist in proof-of-value engagements post-sale by tuning agents and guiding customers toward self-sufficient enablement.We oversee data modeling, identity resolution, real-time versus batch patterns, data graph design, and activation strategies within D360.We create and manage accessible technical documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources to rapidly resolve internal technical inquiries and empower specialist teams.
