Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive IT support across our business, delivering first and second-line support.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and device-related issues.Work closely with our Managed IT Support Provider to help maintain IT infrastructure, security, servers, cloud services, firewalls, and networking equipment.Support employee onboarding and offboarding.Create and maintain IT documentation.Assist with cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.Provide support for ERP systems and other business applications.Contribute to digital transformation projects.Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.Play an active role in the development and growth of our future in-house IT function.Gain hands-on experience and ongoing learning across IT support and service delivery, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, networking, hardware and device management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, ERP and business systems, Power Apps and process automation, user training, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.Take on increasing responsibility within our IT function as skills and experience develop. This is a full-time, 1-year Development Programme based in Billingshurst, West Sussex, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £26,500 to £29,500 per annum depending on experience.
