Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our network, which underpins the ICT infrastructure, systems, and applications we deliver.Work closely with the Network and Telephony Manager, project managers, third-party experts, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.Resolve complex issues escalated by other ICT support teams.Design, implement, and maintain robust Network and Telephony solutions that align with our strategic goals.Carry out proactive monitoring and capacity planning.Ensure systems meet evolving business requirements.Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery in both the network and telephony arena.Help ensure that our buildings remain connected and staff are able to communicate via voice and other channels.
