Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Responsibilities: We collaborate with product owners and technical teams to turn product vision into reality.We provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.We support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with relevant stakeholders and the development team.We work with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility.We develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.We monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meet our performance standards.We stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies to evaluate and adopt new approaches that improve product development and delivery.We advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.We collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions.We lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and identify the need for specialist input where required.We consult on complex issues and provide advice to support resolution of escalated issues.We identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies and procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.We take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to our work.We engage in complex analysis of data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.We communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.We own the end-to-end lifecycle of complaints-related data products, defining and delivering trusted, regulatory-compliant data capabilities.We translate regulatory obligations and stakeholder needs into outcome-led data products.We own product vision, roadmap, and prioritisation, working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reusable data products.We drive value through improved complaint insight, root cause analysis, regulatory reporting, and customer experience optimisation.We help create opportunities to power AI-driven insight, automation, and decisioning.
